Should the City Council authorize appropriation of Spectra Manager Contribution funds in the amount of $55,979.96 for 2019 and $44,020.04 for 2020.

Manager hereby agrees to make a contribution of One Hundred Thousand Dollars($100, 000) to the City( the" Contribution").
