Fees are reviewed every year by each Department and adjusted annually.
Fee increases included for Public Works & Community Development are based on inflation or recovery of costs associated with permit processes, and other business activities provided by
the City.

FEDRAC Committee decided to bring the School District Impact Fee to the whole council based on prior council discussion
The City has not completed working on the justification for the new rate
Approve the new rate without justification?
Wait until we complete the review of the rate?
