substitution of the BCI-5000 floor joists called out on the plans to instead use TJI-210
series floor joists. The TJI-210 is considered to have a greater capacity than the BCI-
5000. Therefore,provided the same depth of framing members are used, PNE finds it
acceptable to use the TJI-210 in lieu of the BCI-5000.
