Installation Includes:
• Mechanical drawings and submittals for City of Federal way mechanical permit and application. IN
• Disconnection, removal,haul away and legal disposal of existing dehumidification equipment. Sl
• Installation of a new DCA-2500TV 33.6lbs/hr dehumidifier with Electro fin coated cooling and reheat coils with an insulated cabinet. 1
• Installation of new ducting and fittings from connection with the supply and return of the new equipment in the mechanical/equipment
room to connection with the existing air distribution with a new low wall return air grille in the pool room.
• Installation of new programmable thermostat and low voltage control wiring. (Y1
• Reconnection of the new dehumidifier to the existing condensate drain.
• Complete check,test and start-up of the new equipment.
• Site-specific safety meetings and all required safety documentation and supervision.
• All labor including engineering support,field supervision and adequate staffing for scheduling.
• All equipment and materials including all ductwork,hardware,straps and bracing,caulks etc.
Assumption:
• All work areas will be made clear and accessible during the installation, The owner will need to remove materials out of the storage
room and a tanning bed in the new mechanical room to provide the necessary new location of the equipment.
• All work to be completed during normal business hours.
Excludes:All options and upgrades not included in proposal pricing.
• Washington State Sales Tax.
• Air distribution in the pool area.
• Framing,hole cutting,patching or painting.
• Line voltage electrical wiring.
• Life safety hook-ups: Including any and all security monitoring devices, alarm wiring or connections to smoke/fire detectors or rated
corridor/ceiling fire or smoke dampers or controls.
Total Project Price. $35,931.00
Deduction for Per-Engineering Design ($3,572.00)
Price. $32,359.00
(Note:New equipment has an 8 week lead-time from the factory)
Optional Add Alternate:Provide and install a 25KW electric duct heater $3,209.00
Assumed:The existing electrical service will support the additional electrical required.
