Goals Develop Process
Group Exercise: 3-Step Exercise (2021-2022 Goals):
Objective: help Directors establish budget priorities
Brainstorm – create a list of goal ideas to help City achieve vision and budget priorities – face paced, no discussion
Consolidate – group/delete duplicate/similar goal ideas, prioritize and narrow down to top five
Frame – after landing on top five goals, rewrite them to a concise goal statements
