1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Ferrell called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
City officials in attendance: Mayor Jim Ferrell, Deputy Mayor Honda, Councilmember Lydia Assefa-
Dawson, Councilmember Jesse Johnson, Councilmember Hoang Tran, Councilmember Mark
Koppang, Councilmember Martin Moore, and Councilmember Linda Kochmar.
City staff in attendance: City Attorney Ryan Call and City Clerk Stephanie Courtney.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
• Collective Bargaining pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(b)
• Potential Litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)
At 6:03 p.m. Mayor Ferrell announced the Council would recess into executive session for the
purpose of discussing collective bargaining pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(b) and potential
litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for approximately 30 minutes.
3. ADJOURNMENT
There being nothing further on the agenda; the special meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
