Due to a workplace layoff, I have had to secure employment in Portland and must move. The framing for the garage/storeroom addition was inspected and signed off 9/28/92 . The electrical work was inspected and signed off 11/1/93. Remaining work to be done on the original permit at that time was the firewall between garage and main structure. The sheetrock has now been installed. Due to the move we do not plan to complete further work but wish to be able to sell the home without encumbrances. Your telephone advice to secure an Occupancy Review type permit, with a letter of explanation to you, is being followed. Mrs. Kling will appear to apply for the permit. Will you please contact her by phone to arrange for the inspection after we obtain the permit.
