Background
Agreement expired December 31, 2019.
Employees are part of the class and compensation study.
This proposed agreement would cover the period of January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
Teamster members have ratified the terms of this agreement subject to Council approval.
Wages
Effective 1/1/2020: 2.5% increase
Total Increase for 2020: $52K
Total Cost of Contract (FY2020): $2.12 million
Mayor’s Recommendation
Approve the 2020 Collective Bargaining Agreement with Teamsters Local Union No. 763.
