Fully supported by the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. Why Convert? City’s Portal is largely untouched since it’s inception in 2007. Limited permit types: residential plumbing, commercial/residential mechanical, and commercial/residential electrical < 1000 amps. Does not facilitate electronic plan review.
