LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That portion of the southwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of section 20, township 21 , north, range 4 east, W.M., in King
Couty, Washington, lying westerly of the west margin of primary state Hwy.
No.1 , as established by deeds recorded under recording numbers 1791332
and 4741044, and lying northerly of the north margin of sourth 348th Street
as established by deed recorded under recording No. 5358496; and lying
southerly of the north line of the south 250.00 feet of said subdivision
except the west 45.00 feet thereof.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We have designed this project for the purpose of
replacing existing underground storage tanks with (4) new double wall
fiberglass underground storage tanks, double wall fiberglass product lines and
STAGE II vapor recovery lines as required by Puget Sound Air Pollution
Control Agency. Included with the tank removal is wrapping the existing
canopy with a new 42" fascia to meet Chevron standards and re-grading
entire lot to eliminate drainage problems. Approximately 460 sq. ft. of new
paving will be added to north end of building to further eliminate drainage
problems. Under separate permit, all of the signage at the station will be
removed and re permitted.
