4.The pedestal base must be a minimum of 6 feet wide.
5.This permit is based upon information provided by the applicant.Since property lines cannot be verified without a
survey,the property owner,his/her heirs or assigns shall assume all liability for nay relocation or any other associated
costs should the sign be located in public right of way or in the required setback.
6.There shall be no visible gap between the sign base and the ground.
