2006 hired full-time as IT Analyst/Network.
2010 served as Interim IT Manager
2011 promoted to IT Manager

Thomas and his team has consistently been recognized for achievements and key successes to advance the City of Federal Way technology, including upgrading the City’s network, servers,
applications, communications systems, obtaining grants for SafeCity camera’s, as well as many other significant behind the scene events including his most recent endeavor of setting
up staff to work remotely including the remote access for Council meetings during this unprecedented time.

A Washington native, Thomas graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School.
Thomas graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelor in Network and Communications Management and started his career as an Intern with the City.
