Clearinghouse on Opportunities: A variety of research is being performed for use to understand, the dynamics of the city’s and region’s marketplaces by sector and unemployment rates. Legislative and Regulatory Affairs: Support the need of policymakers in identifying legislative and regulatory affairs opportunities to enhance community and economic resilience. 22 Mayor’s Emerging Issues Addressing the basic needs of business during the COVID-19 Crisis 23 5.
