I, Gary Chow, a licensed Electrical Journeyman and Administrator in the state of
Washington, Lic: CHOW*G*922MA, hereby certify that based on field inspections and
observations, it is my professional assessment that the electrical system at 307 SW 295th
PL, in Federal Way, WA 98023 is in safe working order and that the parts of the residence in
which work was performed is in compliance with current electrical code or is safe as to not
cause bodily harm or fire risk.
Work performed includes: (1) checked home for any alteration by previous tenant and
repaired as necessaey, (2) added grounding and gas bonding at the panel, (3) labeled panel
to reflect newer breakers installed.
This is a professional assessment based on a visual inspection of the accessible parts of the
electrical system.
