of Quadrant Parcel 5 . The initial model runs assumed 8" pipe
throughout the proposed development. However, simulated pressures
fell below 20 psi at flows of 2500 gpm.
The above results assume a 12" trunk within the development as
shown on the attached map. With the 12" trunk, a maximum fire
flow rate of 2500 gpm is available.
There is no guarantee that the Hydraulic Model results will
represent actual system performance. Model results depict the
theoretical performance of the system under high demand
conditions. Field measurements should always be obtained for
design purposes .
