Listed below is list of corrections or issues that must be addressed before the permit can be further reviewed and/or approved 1. All freestanding signs must be located a minimum distance of two hundred(200)lineal feet from other freestanding signs on the same subject property. If this is not possible, a written request for minor deviation from this requirement may be made pursuant to FWCC section 22-1602C.3. Please note that this request can only be granted if approved by the administrator. 2. The subject property qualifies as a medium profile sign designation. As such, the subject property is allowed a maximum total of three(3) freestanding signs. The freestanding sign contains or displays approximately 10 tenant panels.
