Dear John,
Per our discussion of January 17, 1992, attached please find the Virgil Appleby permit. Mr.
Appleby has built a carport and a storage shed in the back of his property at the above
referenced address prior to obtaining a building permit. The carport appears to encroach into the
10 foot wide sewer easement shown on the plat.
Please let me know if this encroachment proves a problem to your easement. I will hold the
permit until I hear from you.
