Background: The Ethics Board is comprised of three (3) voting members and one (I) alternate who are
appointed by the City Council and serve three-year terms (per Resolution #13-648).
Currently there is one (I) voting and (I) alternate position vacant due to term expiration. One (I) application was
received in response to the City Clerk's recruitment process.
At their July 7, 2020 Special Meeting the City Council interviewed the applicant seeking appointment to the
Ethics Board (Stephanie Suprius).
Options Considered:
1.Appoint Stephanie Suprius as a voting member of the Ethics Board for a term to expire June 30, 2023.
2.Direct the City Clerk to advertise for additional applicants for the Ethics Board
