The roadways and drainage system in the Plat of Campus Ridge have not yet been accepted by

the City. Notice of this deficiency was sent to the developer (Sonny
Finch, the original bond
holder) on March 24, 1993. No response has been received to date. No final inspections should
be held for any of the houses on the plat until this issue is resolved.
