A Multi-Departmental task force has created a
safe-start plan
Safety Protocols:
All employees required to wear a mask unless working alone in an
office with walls and a door or if housed in a cubicle minimum of 6 feet
from the nearest employee
All Employees and visitors must have their temperature scanned and
be within the appropriate ranges to enter the building if they are above
the high range they must leave immediately and call their supervisor
Social distancing matts are being deployed throughout city hall and
other buildings
Plexi glass barriers have been installed in certain areas throughout
facilities
Visitors required to wear a mask in city buildings per the Governor’s
mandate

7 Clorox 321 systems and product, 7 Temperature scanners
Gallons of hand sanitizer
Masks
Gloves
Hospital grade disinfectant
Added compensation to our janitorial contract to insure
additional sanitization daily
