(2020) to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder?

Background Information
Two bids were received by June 29, 2020 for the Annual
Pipe Rehabilitation Phase 3 (2020). The lowest responsive,
responsible bidder is Assorted Endeavors, LLC, with a total
bid of $120,486.00.

2.RW Scott Construction, Inc. -$180,594.00.
Funding
AVAILABLE FUNDING:
The available budget for the Annual Pipe Rehabilitation Phase 3 (2020) is
$150,000 and is comprised of the following:
•Fund 304, Project 288 Annual Program $150,000
Estimated Project Costs
•Estimate Subtotal Construction Cost $ 120,486
(based on low bid of all schedules)
•10% Construction Contingency $ 12,049
•Engineering/CM $ 17,465
•Estimated Total Project Cost: $ 150,000
Options Considered
1.Award all schedules for the Annual Pipe Rehabilitation
Phase 3 (2020) to Assorted Endeavors, LLC, the lowest
responsive, responsible bidder, in the amount of
$120,486 and approve a 5% contingency of $6,024 for a
total of $126,510 and authorize the Mayor to execute
the contract.
2.Reject all bids for the Annual Pipe Rehabilitation Phase
3 (2020) and direct staff to rebid the project and return
to Committee for further action.
