Possess A Federal Way Business License.
Must have been in business 1 year prior to 2020.
Must be current on all taxes and Government Fees.
No More than 10 Employees (FTE) per Business.
Annual Revenues of Business cannot exceed $1.5
Million Gross.

Eligible for Round 2.
Businesses that received State and Federal Assistance are
available to apply in Round 2 although priority will be given to
those that have not received state or federal funding.

the business who is currently employed by City or
who is an immediate family member ( spouse, sibling)
of a current city employee.
