Hi,
WSDOT has the following comments for this preliminary plat:
1. WSDOT would like to review any impacts to SR 99 (Pacific Highway) due to this project.
Specific impacts need to be permitted through me as the point of contact.
2. WSDOT would also like to review the TIA due to the amount of units in this new parcel to
determine if mitigation is needed on SR 99.
