Federal Way Comprehensive Plan, other municipal policies,plans,rules and regulations designated as a
basis for exercise of substantive authority under the State Environmental Policy Act pursuant to RCW
43.31C.110.This information is available to the public on request.
This DNS is issued after using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. No written comments were
received in response to the combined Notice ofApplication and Optional DNS 14-day comment period
ending on July 19, 2019. There is no further comment period on the DNS.
Unless modified by the city,this determination will become final following the comment deadline. Any
person aggrieved by the city's determination may file an appeal with the city within 21 days(October 4, •
2019)of the above comment deadline.The appeal letter should identify specific factual objections.
