On behalf of Federal Way Campus, LLC, ESM Consulting Engineers, L.L.C. is herein
submitting the Process III/IV application materials for the Greenline Warehouse "B" project,
located adjacent to the recently revised Warehouse 'A' proposed development.
Federal Way Campus, LLC is proposing development of a general commodity warehouse
on 16.9-acres of CP-01 zoned property. The proposed warehouse will be approximately
217,300 square feet in size and will include accessory parking for up to 255 vehicles. A
stormwater quality control and detention pond is located on -site to the south that will
accommodate stormwater for both proposed warehouse developments, Warehouse 'A'
and Warehouse 'B'. Commercial vehicle ingress and egress access will occur off of
Weyerhaeuser Way S near the interchange ramps for Highway 18. A 50-foot wide
managed forest buffer will run along the property boundary adjacent to Weyerhaeuser
Way S, where it forms the boundary of the CP-1 zone and then widen to 100-feet where
adjacent State Route 18. Right -of -Way dedications and improvements that were deferred
as part of the Greenline Warehouse 'A' development are included with this submittal.
