The enclosed resubmittal contains 4 copies of the Visual Impact Analysis that was
requested in the Technical Review Committee letter dated, April 5, 2018. Additionally, 4
copies of a revised SEPA checklist have been included. Both items have been saved on a
Compact Disk in PDF format
The revised SEPA checklist includes additional content in the Aesthetics subsection as well
as a revised preparation date. Visual impacts will be mitigated through the additional
plantings and building facade prescribed in the proposed Process III plan set and as
described in the Visual Impact Analysis.
