Dear Mr. Goodsell , I would like to confirm our conversation of Friday May3,2019 at aprox 9:45 that in
our case where the cul-de-sac would impinge on the structure of the home, 80 feet not available, that
you would approve short plat with the contingency that all new homes constructed in this short plot
would be required to have sprinkler systems installed. Just a side issue is weather you would require
the exsisting house to be retrofitted with a sprinkler system. Once again I want to thank you for your
