Grantee shall ensure that each sub -Grantee shall agree to defmd and indemnify the City, its elected officials, officers, employees, agents, representatives, insurers, attorneys, and volunteers to the -extent and on the same terms and conditions as the Grantee pursuant to this paragraph.
