3. TERMINAIM. Should any of the conditions described in section 2.1 above, not be met� the City
may recover all disbursed grant funds and terminate this agreement.

5.4 Survival. The provisions of this Section shall survive the expiration or termination of this
Agreement with respect to any event occurring prior to such expiration or termination.
