Annual Action Plan - Two Purposes 1.Demonstrate how federal funds will support communities in achieving defined goals and expected outcomes A technical document produced in HUD’s database management system 2.A resource for communities to see how federal funds will be used and the proposed impact The document has to be modified to be an effective resource for communities 2021 Annual Action Plan - Objectives Improve and expand affordable housing options; Expand businesses to create jobs and assist with the development of microenterprises; Address and prevent homelessness; Strengthen neighborhoods through the planning of strategic neighborhood revitalization efforts; and Administer the Community Development Block Grant program to meet the community needs and HUD requirements. CDBG Funding for Program Year 2021 Annual Action Plan is presented based on the 2020 award amount of $735,417; Contingency included for increase or decrease.
