Background
Last CBA expired December 31, 2019. Negotiations
were paused when Class and Compensation study was
started.
Union proposed a “roll-over” contract covering Jan 1,
2020 to December 31, 2020 in order to get employees
paid an anticipated COLA for 2020.

Wages
2% wage increase is retroactive from 1/1/2020
Total Increase for 2020 is $37,240

Mayor’s Recommendation
Approve the 2020 Collective Bargaining Agreement with
PSSA.
