Dear Mr. Horner:
The Department of Community Development has conducted a cursory review of information you
submitted to the City on August 21, 2020 in order to determine if the application is complete for the
proposed short subdivision and Notice of Application procedures.
INCOMPLETE APPLICATION
During the course of the City’s review, the following item was found to be missing. In order for your
application to be considered complete and ready for processing, the item below must be provided.
A transportation concurrency permit is required per FWRC Chapter 19.90.
TECHNICAL COMMENTS
Since the application is incomplete, a technical review of the proposal has not been conducted and public
notice cannot be initiated. A complete technical review of the short plat will occur after the traffic
concurrency application is submitted. The Notice of Application will occur after the submittal is deemed
complete. Once technical review of the project occurs, you will be notified of any technical information
needed to complete the review.
To summarize, please submit a transportation concurrency application to the Permit Center along with the
current application fee. Please use this link for information on digital submittals.
