•Washington State Department of Enterprise
Services entered into a cooperative agreement
with the National Association of State
Procurement Officials (NAPSO).
•Contract# 140595-06619 for Copiers and
Managed Print Services.
•Variety of manufacturers and vendors
covered.
Copier’s Northwest
•Has been the City’s vendor for Copier and
Printer maintenance since 2011.
•In 2017, went out for RPF for printer
maintenance as it was not on State Contract,
Copier NW was selected.
•Great history of service for copiers and
printers.
Contract & Budget
•Contract Term 1/1/2021 – 7/31/2024 (when
NASPO contract expires).
•Annual compensation: $50,000/year.
–Included in Council Approved budget
•Total Contract $150,000 (for copiers & printers).
•Paid per “click” or per page:
–Color/B&W
–Copier vs. Printer and size/capacity
•Covers all supplies (except paper) & maintenance.
