basins, inlets, and manholes.

*The approved budget was based on a reduction in contracted vactor services due to the planned purchase of vactor equipment in Summer 2021. Lead time for vactor purchase is estimated
to be 9 months.

Action Services has been determined to be the lowest responsive, responsible bidder .

Approve the award of the SWM Vactor and Infrastructure Maintenance Services Contract to Action Services, Corporation, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, in the amount of $362,585.00,
authorize the transfer of $87,833 from SWM unallocated, and authorize the Mayor to execute the contract.
Do not approve the award and provide direction to staff.

Mayor’s Recommendation
The Mayor recommend forwarding option 1 to the February 16, 2021 City Council Consent Agenda for approval.
