Lead time for vactor purchase is estimated to be 9 months. Two bids were received and opened on January 19, 2021 Olsen Brother’s Pro-Vac, LLC $428,789.90 Action Services Corporation $362,585 Action Services has been determined to be the lowest responsive, responsible bidder . 5 Options Approve the award of the SWM Vactor and Infrastructure Maintenance Services Contract to Action Services, Corporation, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, in the amount of $362,585.00, authorize the transfer of $87,833 from SWM unallocated, and authorize the Mayor to execute the contract.
