I, Gary Chow, a licensed Electrical Journeyman and Administrator in the state of
Washington, Lic: CHOW*G*922MA, hereby certify that based on field inspections and
observations, it is my professional assessment that the electrical system at 838 S 299th PL,
Federal Way, WA 98003 is in safe working order. Skyway Electric, Inc. performed a safety
inspection after removing modified circuits found in the home and the home is currently in
compliance with current electrical code or is safe as to not cause bodily harm or fire risk.
Work performed includes: (1) Removal of modified circuits inside the home. (2) Inspection of
electrical system, including but not limited to grounding, and bonding.
This is a professional assessment based on a visual inspection of the accessible parts of the
electrical system.
