This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist, the Federal Way Comprehensive Plan, other municipal policies, plans, rules and regulations designated as a basis for exercise of substantive authority under the State Environmental Policy Act pursuant to RCW 43.31C.110. This information is available to the public on request. This DNS is issued after using the optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355. Two written comments were received in response to the combined Notice of Application and Optional DNS 14-day comment period that ended on August 17, 2020. There is no further comment period on the DNS. This determination may be appealed to the Federal Way City Clerk (address below), no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 4, 2021, by filing a written letter stating the reason for the appeal of the determination and associated fee. The appeal letter should identify specific factual objections.
