king county or city amendments.
Design Criteria:

Instruction for the use of plans:
1) Conditions or requirements indicated on the plans, shall not contradict local and
international buldign codes.
2)Compliance is required to all numbered items noted on the plans, as well as code
compliance to all unmarked portions of the plans.
3)Review of the plans and specifications, with authorization to proceed, does not
permit the violation of any section of the governing codes, county ordinances or st
laws.
4)This documentis part of the plans and shall remain attached to the plans.
5)The plans shall not be changed, modified or altered without authorization from
owner and building official.
Scope of Coverage:
The provisions of the International Residential Code for one -and Two family
Dwellings shall apply to the construction, alteration, movement, enlargement,
replacement, repaequipment, use and occupancy, location, removal and demolition
of detached one -and two family dwelings and townhouses not more than three stories
above -grade in height with a separate means of egress and their accessory structures.
