change of use application for a project involving a new commercial tenant in an existing building pursuant to
Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 19.15.025. Please note, incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Going off the direction of the Fire Marshal we are requesting a Change of Use for our building.
The building at 1909 S 341 st Pi, Federal Way, WA 98003 was previously used as a
Broadcasting Studio for TBN. We have been directed to change the classification from a Studio
to a Church Building. Please contact if you have any questions or need additional information.
