Per Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 19.15.025 the application must comply with the Change of Use standards. In order to accurately evaluate the Change of Use permit, the following need to be submitted: · Updated Site Plan. The existing conditions of the site do not match the submitted materials. There seems to be additional parking spaces along the southern side of the parcel that is not depicted on the submitted Site Plan. Please update the Site Plan to accurately demonstrate the number of parking spaces currently available. · Revised interior Floor Plans. In order to calculate the needed parking spaces for the new use the number and size of pews and the number of seats provided is required on the Floor Plan. Please revise the Floor Plan to demonstrate this required information. When ready to resubmit please contact the Permit Center to electronically submit the updated documents. The review of this application will not continue until the required updated documents are submitted. Per Federal Way Revised Code 19.15.050 If an applicant fails to provide additional information to the city within 180 days of being notified by mail that such information is requested, the application shall be deemed null and void and the city shall have no duty to process, review, or issue any decisions with respect to such an application.
