Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination (IDDE) 0 Responded to and eliminated over 100 illicit discharges and illicit connections Continued updating the IDDE Field Procedures and Response Plan Increased the volume of technical assistance letters sent out to potential water quality violators with best practice resources to prevent discharges 6. Controlling Runoff from New Development, Redevelopment, and Construction Sites • 532 construction sites inspected • 113 plans reviewed 7. Operations and Maintenance • Inspected nearly 5,500 and cleaned over 1,500 catch basins • Inspected 418 stormwater treatment and flow control facilities • Continued implementation of mobile technology into inspection program 8.
