Prior to release of retainage on Public Works Project, City Council must accept the work as complete.
~2,300 City-Owned Lights plus control system.
Ameresco, Inc. final construction amount of $1,955,613.42.
$38,999.21 below approved construction budget.

Every street light has a node installed that allows us to monitor and control the light remotely.

At any time we can know how lights are “on”, how many are “off,” how many lost communication.
We can set dimming strategies to save even more energy. Reduce the lighting up to 20% would not be noticeable to most people.
We are working at refining voltage drop alarms to be notified immediately if the power was cut to a string of lights (possible copper theft)
