Options Considered
Award the 2021 Storm Drain CCTV Inspection and Assessment project to AIMS Companies, the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, in the amount of $281,122.24 and approve a 5% contingency
of $11,055.76 for a total of $292,178.00 and authorize the Mayor to execute the contract.
Reject all bids for the 2021 Storm Drain CCTV Inspection and Assessment project and direct staff to rebid the project and return to Committee for further action.

Mayor’s Recommendation
The Mayor recommends forwarding Option 1 to the April 20, 2021 City Council Consent Agenda for approval.
