Proposed Agreement
Commits City to operate & maintain State-owned signals and intersection street lights
Use WSDOT standards for some signal timing parameters (similar to City’s)
Minimize off-ramp queues onto freeway mainline
Minimize queues from ramp meters onto city streets
Provide maintenance checks every 2 months instead of 3
Coordinate work activities at quarterly meetings
Agreement renews automatically annually
