Re: File 21-100731-UP; LETTER OF COMPLETE APPLICATION Twin Lakes Education Center Addition & Remodel, 1060 SW 320th Street, Federal Way
Dear Ms. Mizumoto:
On March 25, 2021, the City of Federal Way determined that the initial application was incomplete for
processing. A resubmittal was received on April 1, 2021, with a revised site plan. Upon review, staff has
determined that the project is now below the threshold for any formal drainage review, and as a result, the application is complete for the proposed Use Process III review.
NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLICATION
Please consider this correspondence a formal Letter of Complete Application. According to Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 19.15.045, the application is deemed complete as of the date of this letter. The complete
application determination is based on a review of your submittal relative to those requirements as set forth in FWRC 19.15.040. The submittal requirements are not intended to determine if an application conforms to the City of Federal Way codes; they are used only to determine if all required materials have been submitted.
TECHNICAL REVIEW/NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Formal processing and review of your application will now begin. Technical review comments will follow at a later date. Technical review comments may result in a request for additional information and revisions to
comply with applicable code requirements.
As a reminder, items discussed in and attached to the March 25, 2021, letter about the review of the critical
areas report remain outstanding. To begin this process, provide the following items to the Permit Center through the electronic submittal process: the invoice, payment in the amount of $4,895.00, a signature on the
consultant authorization form, and the Resubmittal Form. Following receipt of all requested items, the city will authorize ESA to begin their formal review.
