Washington, Lic: CHOW*G*922MA, hereby certify that based on field inspections and
observations, it is my professional assessment that the electrical system at 33421 30th Ave
SW, in Federal Way, WA 98023 is in safe working order and that the parts of the residence
in which work was performed is in compliance with current electrical code or is safe as to not
cause bodily harm or fire risk.
Work performed includes: (1) Checked home for improper deficient wiring, (2) added 2
ground rods, (3) bonded water and gas lines, (4) identified unidentified MC cable in panel.
This is a professional assessment based on a visual inspection of the accessible parts of the
electrical system.
