Washington, Lic: CHOW*G*922MA, hereby certify that based on field inspections and
observations, it is my professional assessment that the electrical system at 32514 2nd Ave
SW in Federal Way, WA 98023 is in safe working order and that the parts of the residence in
which work was perFormed is in compliance with current electrical code or is safe as to not
cause bodily harm or fire risk.
Work performed includes: (1)Checking home and fixing illegal and unsafe wiring, (2)check
and add necessary grounding and bonding to service, (3)check for signs of excess wear, -
overheating or arcing in panel.
