The proposal includes construction of a mixed-use development consisting of 240 units with commercial space, parking, and associated site improvements. NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLICATION Please consider this correspondence a formal Letter of Complete Application. According to Federal Way Revised Code (FWRC) 14.10.020(7) and 19.15.045(2), the application is deemed complete as of the date of this letter. The complete application determination is based on a review of your submittal relative to those requirements as set forth in FWRC 14.10.020(6) and 19.15.040. The submittal requirements are not intended to determine if an application conforms to the City of Federal Way codes; they are used only to determine if all required materials have been submitted. TECHNICAL REVIEW/NOTICE OF APPLICATION Formal processing and review of your application will now begin. Technical review comments will follow at a later date and may result in a request for additional information and revisions to comply with applicable code requirements. Please note that the School Access Analysis is outstanding but has been determined to not be a completeness issue in this circumstance. The submitted Title Report is also over five years old, so an update is needed.
