CONDITIONS:
FIRE APPROVAL CONDITIONS:
1) A jobsite Pre -Construction Inspection by FIRE is suggested before the TI work commences.
2) Demolition & construction shall conform to the requirements of International Fire Code Chapter 33.
3) A separate permit is required for revisions or extensions of the following:
Automatic sprinkler (IFC 903 & NFPA 13). -Fire alarm system (IFC 907 & NFPA 72).
4) A Fire Watch is required for any Fire Protection System Impairment. Fire Protection Systems shall be
placed back in service during all periods of non -work.
5) Inspection and testing of all fire systems is required when revised or modified. To schedule inspections
call 253.946.7318 at least 24 hours in advance. Ensure all requested inspections are ready for inspection
by 0600 on the day requested. Please leave an approximate time Vou would like your inspection. We will
attempt to honor requested tunes to best of our ability.
