June 16, 2021 Applicant pays UPVI application fees to initiate review process.
Application fee $ $4,883.00, (Plus $104 Per Acre Fees)
Ongoing Applicant formally submits critical area reports to be peer review by City Consultant
(applicant will pay for consultant review fee)
July 30, 2021 Public Notice published for SEPA:
Staff prepares Notice, Applicant posts Notice on Site
July 30, 2021 SEPA DNS issued
August 27, 2021 Notice published for Planning Commission Public Hearing:
