The Agency shall perform the services more specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference ("Services"), in a manner consistent with the accepted professional practices for other similar services within the Puget Sound region in effect at the time those services are performed to the City's satisfaction, within the time period prescribed by the City and pursuant to the direction of the Mayor or his or her designee. The City will use the quantity of Services actually delivered, as reported on the Agency's reports, as a measure of satisfactory performance under this Agreement. The City shall review the Agency's reports to monitor compliance with the performance measures set forth in Exhibit A. Should the Agency fail to meet the performance measures for each quarter, the City reserves the right to adjust payments on a pro rata basis at any time during the term of this Agreement.
